Lodha Estrella: Now ready for customers

Possessions begin, Residents expressed satisfaction during the walkthrough

After successful delivery of 4 magnificent towers, possessions began for the fifth tower at Lodha NCP - Lodha Estrella. Possessions were initiated in December for the tower with residences imagined by world famous designer Kelly Hoppen. Having designed homes for global football legends, Hollywood A-listers & celebrity pop stars, Kelly Hoppen’s pioneering work in India is now complete.

Before handovers began, residents were invited to experience the Life at Lodha Enchante part of a special customer walkthrough. In the walkthrough, customers were shown the readiness of the development, the 75,000 sq.ft grand luxury clubhouse, designer residences and the common areas in the Estrella tower itself. It was a special moment for each of the residents where they got a glimpse of how their home would be.

Pleased with the walkthrough, Sumit Sukhramani said “We just loved the way it was explained to us as it made us so relaxed and happy.”

Each resident was taken through the Kelly Hoppen designed lobby to the designated floors where they were shown the actual ready units and the designer elements they would receive at the time of their possession.

Speaking about the tower and designer finishes Lodha Estrella resident Deepak S Kumar said “The interiors are impressive along with the facilities provided. Flooring and wall texture is also good. Looking forward to take the possession.”

Highlighting the quality of construction Mahesh Agnihotri said “Perfect construction, specified quality. Good demo by the representative. Overall exceeds expectation.”

Having waited for this moment excitedly, residents were extremely happy with the quality of the finishing, the designer elements and the timely delivery of their units.
